Nice hotel, very clean. Large room with view, beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and swimming pools. Excellent breakfast with a very varied buffet.

I recently stayed at a luxurious beach resort in Cancun and had an amazing time. The property was stunning and well-maintained. The amenities were top-notch and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beach facilities were incredible. I highly recommend this resort.

Unsuitable beach. Discount card in exchange for a mandatory appointment, intrusive questioning to get us to buy/share, annoying process.

Gargantuan breakfast, some dishes in the evening were downright gastronomic. the location is ideal if you want to take the ferry. clean beach, all comforts. very professional person, with small care, feeling like being on a cruise.

too bad the sea wasn't turquoise like in the pictures.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The swimming pools were wonderful and very clean, with plenty of chairs available. The restaurants provided good food and quick seating, although reservations were required for Davini. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The location was great, away from the busy areas, with a quiet beach and easy access to markets and Isla Mujeres. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a jacuzzi inside and a hammock outside.

- The waiters are kind and gentle. - The activities offered within the hotel . - The breakfast, very copious with a variety of Mexican and international dishes.

- Not enough attention: I warned at the time of booking that it would be a stay for our honeymoon, and that we would like a large double bed. The hotel told me that they took note of my comments. However, on our arrival, we stayed in a room without any attention for our honeymoon,... with separate beds... . 1 week before our arrival, I asked the hotel if they were doing the airport-hotel shuttle, the hotel asked me to contact the concierge. I sent an email to the concierge, I never got a return. The day we arrived in Cancun, we managed to get to the hotel by ourselves... - The seaweed at the beach, a tractor was going back and forth to pick up the seaweed, but it wasn't enough, there was always seaweed.

Great location, spacious one bed apartment with all amenities, warm sea, and close proximity to ferry. Comfortable beds, good for back problems. Fantastic common area with pools, hot tubs, and restaurants. Delicious breakfast with 5-star quality. Superb staff, friendly and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel for two days due to a change of plan in our trip... Beautiful hotel and room, we were upgraded... The staff is nice and speaks English for the majority... The swimming pools are beautiful and clean, not crowded during our stay which makes them all the more enjoyable . We regret to leave so quickly!

The water in the pipes is cloudy, there is sand and an unpleasant odour... As for the beach, algae unfortunately still litter the seashore and make swimming almost impossible.

This hotel is luxurious and exclusive. the service is impeccable, and the Spa & wellness center is amazing. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are also great for relaxation. the beach access is very convenient and the sun terrace is a perfect place to sunbathe.

The only minor issue was that the karaoke night wasn't very entertaining, but everything else made up for it. This hotel has exceeded my expectations in terms of leisure and entertainment facilities, it's definitely worth a visit.

No negatives from this place.

The hotel is conveniently located near the pier where you can catch the ferry to Isla Mujeres, a must-visit attraction. It's also next to the port where ferries leave for Islas Mujeres, making it easy to explore the beautiful island.

The pool area can get crowded at peak times, making it difficult to find a lounge chair.

The food was fabulous, beach was clean, friendly staff, spacious suite, free water activities.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is pure luxury. From the moment I entered, I was treated like royalty. the exclusive amenities, heated swimming pool and sun terrace made my stay truly unforgettable. the restaurant's in-room breakfast was delicious with a range of choices and I had access to a private bar/lounge area with excellent service.

The only minor issue I faced was that the night club was not to my liking. the hotel offered various entertainment options such as a leisure/TV room and karaoke.
